Condominium of 12 houses in title of property (title land), in front of surf spot "Curba", Playa Hermosa is the most significant and most well-known of Costa Rica, between Pavones and Playa Negra, the surfers will appreciate to be able to surf every day of the year.

Placed on the edge of the park of conservation of Playa Hermosa (Refugio Sylvestre de Playa Hermosa) we worked with the Ministry of the Environment (MINAE), so that this project is not of negative impact on the surrounding natural environment.
We also want the buyers to understand the importance of respect for this environment and for this exceptional place of the turtle Lora (Lepidochelys olivacea).
Since 12 years we have lived and enjoyed this unique culture of costa rica. So we reasonably chose to build only 12 beachfront houses on 86.111 ft2 rather than numerous apartments on several levels.
